Profile Review submissions: if you purchase the Mini Profile Review (₹1999) or Personal Profile Diagnosis (₹2999), you will submit your resume file, and/or your LinkedIn and Naukri profile links, for the purpose of receiving personal feedback.

Usage data: standard website analytics (pages visited, general location by country/city, device type) collected automatically to understand site usage.

• To deliver the digital guides and bonus workbooks you've purchased.
• To personally review the resume, LinkedIn, and/or Naukri profile you submit, and to deliver written feedback and/or schedule your review call.
• To respond to support questions and process refund requests.
• To send you purchase confirmations and delivery emails. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our payment gateway, to process your purchase.

Your resume, LinkedIn, and Naukri profile information submitted for review is used only to provide that review to you. It is not shared with any third party, and is not used for any purpose beyond delivering the service you paid for.

We retain your purchase records as required for accounting and legal purposes. Resume files and profile links submitted for review are retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver your feedback, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
