By purchasing or using any product or service from Job-Ready Kit (jobready.shop), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• The Job-Ready Kit (₹199): a digital placement-preparation roadmap and guide library, delivered instantly upon purchase.
• Resume + LinkedIn Booster (₹999): an additional digital add-on guide.
• Mini Profile Review (₹1999): one personal, one-time review of your resume by the founder, delivered as written feedback.
• Personal Profile Diagnosis (₹2999): one personal, one-time review of your resume, LinkedIn, and Naukri profile, plus one 30-minute feedback call with the founder.

All tiers are one-time payments. None of our current offerings are recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Job-Ready Kit supports preparation and profile clarity. We do not guarantee interview calls, job offers, selection, or salary outcomes. Our guides, workbooks, and personal reviews are tools to help you prepare and present yourself more effectively — the outcome of any job application or interview depends on many factors outside our control.

All guides, workbooks, templates, and content provided are the intellectual property of Job-Ready Kit. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or reproducing this content — in whole or in part — without written permission is strictly prohibited. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own placement preparation.

For the Mini Profile Review and Personal Profile Diagnosis:

• Reviews are conducted personally by the founder, not by an automated system or outsourced team.
• Each purchase includes one review pass (and, for the ₹2999 tier, one call). These are one-time deliverables, not ongoing or unlimited services.
• You are responsible for submitting accurate, up-to-date materials (resume file, correct LinkedIn/Naukri links) for review.
• Turnaround times are stated on our Profile Review page and may vary slightly based on order volume.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.

Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job-Ready Kit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, income, or interview outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
