Return & Refund Policy

Because these are digital products delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed, except in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error on our end.
• The file(s) delivered were corrupted, incomplete, or not as described.

• If you submit your materials and do not receive your review within the stated turnaround time, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
• Once written feedback has been delivered (and, for the ₹2999 tier, once the 30-minute call has taken place), the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable, since the personal time and review have already been provided.
• If you purchase a review but change your mind before submitting your materials, you may request a full refund by emailing [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL].

• Dissatisfaction with placement or interview outcomes — we do not guarantee these (see Terms of Service, Section 3), so they are not valid grounds for a refund.
• Simply not using or completing the guides/workbooks after purchase.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
